Ingredients:
1.5 oz. gin
1 oz. chai tea (chilled)
½ oz. cinnamon syrup
2 oz. Regatta Classic Bermuda Stone Ginger Beer or Light Ginger Beer
Directions:
Add gin, chai tea and cinnamon syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a glass with crushed ice. Top with Regatta Ginger Beer or Light Ginger Beer. Garnish with star anise, cinnamon stick and dried orange slice.
