Brockmans Hot Apple Punch
Ingredients:
2 parts Brockmans Gin
1 part fresh lemon juice
4 parts warmed apple cider (to suit your taste)
Directions:
Gently warm the apple cider in a pot on the stove. Add Brockmans and lemon juice and serve in a glass mug garnished with a cinnamon stick.

Peach Toddy
Ingredients:
2 ounces Ketel One Botanicals Peach & Orange Blossom
1 Peach Teabag
1 Large Lemon Wedge
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 dash Orange Bitters
4-5 ounces Hot Water
Directions:
Add vodka, bitters, teabag, cinnamon stick, and honey to a mug. Top with hot water. Let sit for 3 minutes, then remove teabag. Squeeze large lemon wedge into mug and discard. Stir to incorporate all ingredients and garnish with a lemon wheel.

The Surf Check AKA The Irish Coffee
1.5 oz almond/oat Milk
1/4 oz REAL Maple Syrup
Bittermens xocolatl Mole Bitters

Brockmans Hot Collins
Ingredients:
2 parts Brockmans Gin
4 parts boiling water
1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ part agave syrup or honey
Directions:
Combine Brockmans Gin, lemon juice and agave syrup or honey with boiling water in a mug or heat-proof glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick wrapped in a strip of grapefruit zest and studded with cloves.

Chili Chai Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
.75 oz brandy
.75 oz amber cachaca
.5 Ancho Reyes chill liqueur
.75 lemon
Brewed chocolate chai loose leaf tea
Directions:
Combine all measured ingredients into mug and fill with tea. Garnish with chili and lemon wheel.

6 dashes of orange Angostura Bitters
5 parts Premium Ginger Beer (warmed)
Directions:
Gently warm the Ginger Beer in a pot on the stove. Add Brockmans Gin and Angostura Bitters and serve in a glass mug, garnished with an orange wedge, star anise and a stick of cinnamon.
