Mocktail Recipes for Dry January

Have guests participating in Dry January and looking to ditch the alcohol? No problem! Below, we’ve compiled a group of mocktail recipes to get the New Year started off on the right foot.

Virgin Mule

Damrak Virgin MuleIngredients:
1.5 oz Damrak Virgin
¼ oz Lime Juice
4.5 oz Ginger Beer

Directions:
Build all ingredients over cubed ice into a highball glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Winter in the Valley

Ingredients:mocktail dry january recipes
1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed
2 oz. Ceders’s Non-Alcoholic Gin
1 oz. ginger simple syrup
1/2 oz. maple syrup
1/4 oz. fresh lemon lime juice

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice. Shake and serve on the rocks with a fresh sprig of thyme.

Fluère Noches Mexicana

Ingredients:Fluère dry january recipe
50 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
15 ml Fresh lime juice
50 ml Soda water
45 ml FLUÈRE Smoked Agave
15 ml Agave Syrup Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Add all the ingredients in the shaker and fill the shaker to the top with ice. Shake and double strain over new ice in a long drink glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and torch this wedge in right before serving for smokey aromas.

Paradise Creamsicle

Ingredients:creamy dry january recipes
2 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
1 oz. cinnamon simple syrup
1 oz. ginger simple syrup
1 mandarin orange

Directions:
Peel and deseed the mandarin orange. Place all ingredients into a blender with a handful of ice. Blend until your ice is slushy. Add a thyme sprig & serve immediately.

Virgin Paloma

Virgin Paloma dry january recipesIngredients:
1.5 oz Damrak Virgin
4.5 oz Grapefruit Soda
¼ oz Lime juice

Directions:
Build all ingredients over cubed ice into a highball glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Everything’s Peachy

mocktail The Perfect PureeIngredients:
1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Peach Ginger blend, thawed
2 oz. St. Regis Reserve Non-Alcoholic Nosecco
1 1/2 oz. cinnamon simple syrup

Directions:
Combine Peach Ginger and simple syrup in a glass. Top with nosecco and a fresh sprig of rosemary.
