2 oz Absinthe Refined
4 oz tomato juice or Bloody
Mary mix
1 oz lime juice
Directions:
Shake and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime.

Ingredients:
1 oz Absente Absinthe Refined
1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain over a large cube in a glass. Express and garnish with a lemon twist.

1/8-1/4 tsp Absinthe Grande Absente
2 oz Gin
1 oz lime
3/4 oz simple syrups
Small handful fresh mint
Directions:

Ingredients:
1 oz. Absinthe Absente Refined
1 oz. elderflower liqueur
1 oz. gin
3/4 oz. pineapple juice (use fresh or unsweetened if
bottled/canned)
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill 3/4 with ice. Shake until chilled, about 12 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass over a large chunk of ice (optional). Garnish with a small
edible orchid or a lime twist.

Ingredients:
1 oz Absinthe Absente Refined
0.25 oz Saint Germaine
0.5 oz Lime Juice
Top with Ginger Beer
Directions:
Mix all and top with ginger beer. Garnish with Ginger Candy in a highball glass on the rocks.

Ingredients:
½oz Absinthe Absente Refined
1½oz Mezcal
¾oz Lime Juice
¼oz Honey Syrup
½oz Ginger Syrup
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice, and strain into an iced-filled glass. Gently slap a large basil leaf and garnish.

Minty Absinthe Frappe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Grande Absente
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/4 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 mint leaves
2 oz Pacific Salt Club Soda
Directions:
In the bottom of a shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the simple syrup, add the rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a crushed iced filled tall glass. Garnish with mint and a straw.

Berry Cherry Fairy
Ingredients:
1 oz Absinthe Grande Absente
1 oz Blueberry simple syrup
1 tbsp Black cherry jam
2 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Botanical gin
3 Dashes mixed berry bitters
Directions:
In a shaker, add jam and syrup together and shake with ice to mix and dilute. In a separate shaker add lemon, absinthe and gin with ice and shake well. Strain over crushed ice or large rock, then slowly layer your jam mixture using a bar spoon.

Deadbeet Weekend
Ingredients:
1 oz Absinthe Absente Refined
1 oz Cut beet vinaigrette
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz Big O Liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake for 10 to 12 seconds. Strain into a chilled shaker or mixing glass and use an electric latte whisk on it for 20 seconds. Pour into a chilled coupe and garnish with blood orange and cut beets.

Scoville Horror
Ingredients:
3 spritzes Absinthe Absente
1.5 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
3 dashes Angostura
A couple slices of Hot Pepper
Ingredients:
Combine all ingredients except pomegranate juice, Angostura and absinthe in a shaker with ice. Add a few slices of hot pepper. Shake quickly to chill and then strain into a glass full of crushed ice. Top off with fresh pomegranate juice and bitters, and lastly a few spritzes of absinthe from an atomizer.

2.5 oz Vermouth Dry
1/2 oz Benedictine
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass. Strain into a double rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a twisted orange zest.
