Mother’s Day may look different this year thanks to COVID-19, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still make mom’s day with one of the cocktail recipes below. Whether it’s for an in-person gathering, a virtual brunch, or something in between, you’re sure to find a drink to please mom from the list of cocktail recipes below.
La Vie en Rose
Ingredients:
1.5 parts Frapin 1270
.5 part lemon juice
.5 part raspberry syrup
1 drop rose water
Rinse of absinthe
Top with champagne
Garnish: rose petal
Directions:
Shake first four ingredients before fine-straining the ingredients into a glass that’s been rinsed with absinthe. Pour in the champagne until it reaches the brim. Garnish with rose petal.

Brunchy Bubbly Berry Pineapple Mom-osa
Ingredients:
2 ounces Seagram’s Pineapple Vodka
½ ounce of strawberry syrup
½ ounce in lemon juice
Top with champagne
Directions:
Add everything to a shaker except the champagne. Shake then strain into champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with strawberry and citrus peel.

The Celebración
Ingredients:
1.5 Parts Milagro Silver Tequila
3/4 Parts Guava nectar (pink)
½ Parts Ginger simple syrup
¾ Parts Fresh Lime juice
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a Boston shaker, add ice and shake until cold. Double strain into a chilled rocks glass. Top with Club Soda (Topo Chico) or Prosecco. Garnish with lime wheel and white edible flowers to resemble guava flowers.

Korbel Honey Grapefruit Mimosa
Ingredients:
3 ounces of fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
½ ounce honey syrup
4 ounces Korbel Brut Rosé
Directions:
Add grapefruit juice and honey syrup to flute. Stir then top with Korbel Brut Rosé. Garnish with candied ruby red grapefruit peel.

Old Pensacola
Ingredients:
2 oz. Golden Rum
.5 oz. Pear Brandy
1 oz. of small batch apple cider
.25 oz of citrus
.5 oz. of cinnamon bark syrup
Directions:
Shake and strain ingredients into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Strawberry Lemonade Spritz
Ingredients:
1 ounce dry vermouth
¾ lemon juice
½ strawberry simple syrup
4 ounces Korbel Sweet Rosé
Directions:
Add vermouth, lemon juice and strawberry simple syrup to shaker. Shake then strain into serving glass over ice. Top with Korbel Sweet Rosé. Garnish with strawberries and edible flowers.

Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Iced Mocha
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
1/2 oz. Monin Strawberry Syrup
2 shots Espresso
Fill with Milk
Directions:
Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into mixing tin in order listed. Add ice from serving glass. Cap, shake and pour back into serving glass. Garnish with whipped cream, dark chocolate drizzle and a strawberry.

Ingredients:
1 oz. Monin Blueberry Purée
Top With: 7 oz. Prosecco White Wine
Directions:
Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Garnish with a lemon twist and mint sprig.
