Ingredients:
2 oz Uncle Nearest 1884 Premium Small Batch Whiskey
1 oz apple juice
0.25 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Ginger beer
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Fill glass with ice and add ginger beer, then strain cocktail into glass.
