Ingredients:
1 oz espresso, chilled
.5 oz spiced blueberry syrup
1.5 oz Mad March Hare Premium Irish Poitín
Directions:
Shake all ingredients together with ice, strain and serve up. Top with pink salt or smoked sea salt.
