These cocktails may outshine the sparklers at your backyard barbecue this year, or they can serve as top-sellers on your bar’s menu this weekend.
Fire up the barbecue, light up the skies, and celebrate the U.S.A. with a 4th of July cocktail recipe from the selection below.
Smirnoff Red White & Berry Apertif Spritz
6-8 ice cubes
0.75 oz. Smirnoff Red, White, & Berry Seltzer
0.75 oz. Italian aperitif
0.75 oz. Sparkling water
1 thin orange slice for garnish
Fill a wine goblet with ice. Add Smirnoff Seltzer Red White and Berry, followed by Aperol and soda water. Garnish with an orange slice, mint and edible orange flower petals.

Recuerdo Mezcal Blues
1 1/2 oz Recuerdo Joven Mezcal
1 oz blue curacao
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz mint syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 2-3 bunches fresh mint. Simply heat the water, sugar, and mint to a gentle boil and reduce to a simmer for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Pull off the heat and allow to sit for 30-60 minutes to infuse the mint. Cool and strain the mint.)
5 fresh raspberries
Tonic water
Muddle a couple of raspberries with the Mezcal, lime juice and syrup, serve in a old fashioned with ice, add the curacao, fill with tonic water and top with 3 fresh raspberries to garnish.

Blueberry + Cranberry Collins
2 oz. Vegas Baby Vodka
6 Muddled Blueberries
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Splash of Club Soda
Combine all ingredients into a Collins glass and stir. Finish with club soda.

Skinny Strawberry Rita
2.5 oz Taffer
’s Strawberry Margarita Mix
1 cup frozen strawberries
1.5 oz tequila
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until frozen and fully mixed! Serve in a cocktail glass with fun fourth of July decor!

Recuerdo Mezcal Lilly
1 1/2 oz Recuerdo Joven Mezcal
2 oz cream of coconut
1 oz blue curacao
1 dash evaporated milk
5 fresh raspberries
1 small piece of ginger
In a martini glass, muddle 2 raspberries with the curacao and 3/4 oz of Recuerdo Mezcal. Mix the cream of coconut, the evaporated milk, the ginger and 3/4 oz of Recuerdo Mezcal in a blender with plenty of ice, to the consistency of ice cream. Serve this mix on top of what we muddled in the martini glass, and garnish with 3 raspberries on top.

Berry United Lemonade Punch
2 cups Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
3 cups lemonade
1 cup cold water
4-6 dashes Angostura bitters
Lemons (garnish)
Blueberries (garnish)
Ice
In a pitcher with ice, pour Diplomatico Rum, lemonade and water. Add in lemon and bitters. Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries. Serve chilled.

Sparkling Shed Berry
1.5 oz Broken Shed Vodka
Splash of cranberry juice
Fresh seasonal berries
Club soda
Top up with club soda.
Serve over ice garnished with berries.

New World Frappe
1 ½ oz Absente | Absinthe Refined
½ oz simple syrup
¼ oz lime juice
pinch of mint
pinch of basil
Muddle shake with ice, double strain, pour over shaved or pebble ice, and serve in a coupe glass.

Bulleit Rye Apple Pie Old Fashioned
1.5 oz Bulleit Rye
.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
2 Dashes Hella Apple Blossom Bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice into a doubles rocks glass. Garnish with orange swath and cinnamon stick.

Juan Collins
1.5oz. tequila
1oz. lime juice
.5oz. simple syrup
Regatta Pacific Sea Salt Club Soda
Fill glass with ice. Add tequila, lime juice and simple syrup. Top up with Regatta Club Soda and garnish with a slice of fresh lime.

Smirnoff Blackberry Smash
4 fresh blackberries
5 mint leaves
Juice from 1/2 lemon
6 oz. Smirnoff Ice Zero Sugar Original
In a glass jar, add blackberries, mint, and lemon juice. Using a muddler, crush all of the ingredients together, pressing all of the ingredients to release their juices and flavors. Stir in the Smirnoff Ice Zero Sugar Original; stir briefly. Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour the cocktail over ice. Garnish with blackberries and fresh mint.

Bourbon Honey Buck
2 oz. bourbon
1.5oz. lemon juice
.5oz honey/honey syrup
Regatta Classic Bermuda Stone Ginger Beer
Fill glass up with ice. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and honey. Top up with Regatta Ginger Beer and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon.
