Ingredients:
2 oz. gin
1 oz. pickle juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 1 ½-inch pickle
¾ oz. of lime juice
Salt for rim
Directions:
Add ice to martini glass, top with soda water (to chill). Add ½ ounce of simple syrup into tin. Muddle pickle. Add ¾ ounce of lime juice into tin. Add 1 ounce of pickle juice into tin
Add 2 ounces of gin into tin. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Dump ice and soda water out of martini glass. Rim the glass with salt. Double strain the mixture from tin into martini glass
