Berrygood
Ingredients:
1 oz. Monin® Dragon Fruit Syrup
6 oz. Grapefruit Juice
2 ea. Fresh Raspberries
1 ea. Lime Wheel
Directions:
Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into mixing tin in order listed. Add ice from serving glass. Cap, shake and pour back into serving glass. Add raspberries and lime wheel garnish and serve.
Cupid’s Cup
Ingredients:
2 pieces strawberries
1 oz. Monin® Hibiscus Syrup
Muddle:
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz Top With Ginger Beer
Directions:
Chill serving glass. Place muddling ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and then strain into a chilled glass. Add strawberry slices for garnish.
Berry Kisses
Ingredients:
1 oz. Monin® Strawberry Puree
7 oz. Club soda
Ingredients:
Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix. Add strawberry and edible flowers to garnish and serve.
Valentine’s Day Mockmule
Ingredients:
1 oz. Monin® Strawberry Syrup
½ oz. fresh lime juice
6 oz. ginger beer
Directions:
Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix. Use a mini heart shaped cookie cutter to shape the strawberry, lime slice, mint sprig for garnish and serve.
Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Milkshake
Ingredients:
1 oz. Monin® Dark Chocolate Sauce
1 oz. Monin® Strawberry Syrup
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 oz. milk
Directions:
Add ingredients into blender cup in order listed. Cap and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass, add red sprinkles, chocolate rimmer, strawberry, and whipped cream garnish and serve.
