Papi Juancho
Ingredients:
1 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
2 oz Ginger Ale/Beer (or preferred craft soda)
1 oz Passion Fruit or Pineapple Juice
Serve in a Collins glass
Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Yuzu Spritz
Ingredients:
2 oz iichiko Saiten
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.25 oz Yuzu Juice
Garnish: Mint sprigs
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into rocks glass with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint.

Cafe Noir
Ingredients:
2oz. Mezcal El Silencio Espadin
1oz. Galliano Ristretto
1 Double Shot Espresso (2oz.)
Directions:
Stir with Cinnamon Stick & Vanilla Bean. Serve in a latte cup or your favorite coffee mug.

The Black Billionaire
Ingredients:
3-4 muddled blackberries or 1 bar spoon of pureed blackberries
1 ounce of simple syrup
1 ounce of fresh lemon juice
2 ounces of Billionaire’s Row Cognac
Garnished with a lemon wheel & fresh blackberry
Directions:
Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon and blackberry.

Grapefruit Chu-Hai
Ingredients:
2 oz iichiko Silhouette
Top with Grapefruit Fever Tree
Garnish: Grapefruit slice
Directions:
Build in glass with ice, garnish with grapefruit slice.

Recuerdo Mezcal Lemon-Lime Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5oz Recuerdo Mezcal Joven
.5oz lime juice
.5oz lemon juice
1oz agave syrup
Tonic water
Lime Salt (Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Combine ½ cup of sea salt with 1 tablespoon of grated lime zest, mixing well; spread into a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake until dry, approximately 30 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container for future use).
Directions:
Rim an old fashioned glass with lime salt. Shake all of the ingredients but the tonic water over ice, serve in the lime salt-rimmed old fashioned glass with fresh ice, and top the drink off with a splash of tonic water.

BACARDÍ Treacle
Ingredients:
2.5 parts BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho
0.25 parts Sugar Syrup
1 part Freshly pressed Apple Juice
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Directions:
Build over ice rocks until perfectly diluted. Float apple juice last. Garnish with an apple slice.

St. Junmai
Ingredients:
2 oz TYKU Junmai Sake
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 tsp St. Germain
3 Drops Citrus Bitters
.25 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish with orange slice
Directions:
In a shaker with ice, combine TYKU Junmai sake, Grapefruit juice, St. Germain, Citrus bitters, simple syrup, and shake. Pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

Smoke & Bubbles
Ingredients:
1 oz. Mezcal El Silencio Espadin
½ oz. Grenadine
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Fresh Orange Juice
Directions:
Shake with Ice. Strain into a Chilled Champagne Flute. Top up with 1 oz. Champagne. Garnish with a Lime Wheel.

CÎROC Pomegranate Jewel
Ingredients:
1 oz CÎROC Pomegranate
.5 oz Grenadine
Sparkling Wine
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Lemon twist
Directions:
Add CÎROC Pomegranate and Grenadine in a mixing glass. Add ice and gently stir. Strain into a glass (no ice). Top off with Sparkling Wine and garnish.

Ingredients:
1 part Hennessy VSOP,
1 part Campari, 1 part Sweet Vermouth
Serve in a Rocks Glass
Garnish: Orange peel
Directions:
