Ingredients:
4 parts Prosecco
1 part St-Germain elderflower liqueur
2 parts sparkling water (or to top of the glass)
2 slices of lime
1 sprig of mint
Directions:
Pour Prosecco and St-Germain over ice in the glass of your choosing. Add lime and mint leaves and top with sparkling water. Enjoy!
