Celebrating Valentine’s Day this weekend? Try this cocktail recipe courtesy of Ron Abuelo.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Ron Abuelo 7 años rum
¾ oz. Fresh raspberries purée
¾ oz. Fresh passion fruit purée
½ oz. Triple Sec
½ oz. Simple syrup
Champagne flute
Directions:
Shake all ingredients and double strain into a Champagne flute. Top off with chilled Champagne or dry sparkling wine and gently stir. Garnish with a raspberry.
