National Peanut Butter Day is January 24, and to help your bar celebrate, Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey has put together a collection of cocktail and food recipes that are all delicious and all focused on their peanut butter whiskey.
Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey Mudslide
Ingredients:
¾ oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
¾ oz. Coffee Liqueur
¾ oz. Irish Cream Liqueur
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
3 oz. Ice
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend. Pour into a glass and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
Candied Bacon with Skrewball Whiskey
Ingredients:
2-3 oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
Desired amount of Bacon
Directions:
Cook bacon on medium heat evenly on both sides to your liking (approximately 8-12 minutes). Reduce heat and pour in 2-3 ounces of Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey until caramelized. Remove from pan directly to a plate as paper towels will stick. Cut into smaller pieces (if you desire) and enjoy!
Pork Ribs with Skrewball Whiskey
Ingredients:
1 rack of pork ribs
2-4 tbsp. raw honey
1-3 tbsp. maple spice rub
1 stick of butter (salted)
3-4 oz. Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
2-3 oz. pineapple Juice
Directions:
Lightly cover ribs in raw local honey. Evenly cover the rack with a generous amount of maple spice rub. Set grill to 275°F and cook for 2.5 hrs. Pull out and flip ribs, meat side down on aluminum foil. Rest ribs on one stick of butter, Skrewball Whiskey and pineapple juice. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and continue cooking ribs at 275°F for 2 more hrs. Remove ribs from grill and enjoy!
