Grinch On Vacation

Ingredients:holiday cocktail recipe
1.5 oz iichiko saiten
0.75 oz Midori
0.75 oz yuzu juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
Cinnamon-dusted scalloped pear slices, cranberries

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker, pour over ice in collins glass, top with sparkling cider, and garnish with cinnamon-dusted scalloped pear slices and cranberries.

Good Tidings

Ingredients:holiday cocktail
1.5 oz Darnley’s Original Gin
.5 oz Sugar Syrup
Pomegranate juice

Muddle the figs, basil and sugar syrup in the bottom of a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice and then add your measure of Darnley’s Original Gin. Add a splash of pomegranate juice and then top with tonic. Garnish with a basil leaf.

Noche Buena

Ingredients:holiday cocktails
2 parts HAVANA CLUB Añejo Clásico
½ part Absinthe
1 part St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Pour absinthe into a rocks glass; swirl to coat, and discard liqueur.
Stir all ingredients vigorously with plenty of ice until very cold. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Torched, smoky rosemary sprig for garnish.

Marmalade Bliss

Ingredients:holiday cocktail recipe
1/2 oz MARMALADE (1/2 part)
1 oz GIN or VODKA (1 part)
2 oz CREAM LIQUEUR (2 parts) – Use vegan Amarula or Baileys

Add marmalade and Gin or Vodka to your shaker. Dissolve marmalade into spirit by stirring quickly with a spoon or stirrer. Add Cream Liqueur to shaker and other ingredients. Fill shaker with ice. Shake hard with ice. Strain into glass over ice, (garnish) and serve.

Bespoken Holiday Spirit

Ingredients:holiday cocktail recipes
2 oz. Bespoken Spirits straight bourbon whiskey
1/4 oz. amaretto
1/4 oz. allspice dram
1/4 oz. maple syrup
3/4 oz. lemon juice (optional)
2 dashes orange bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add ice. If using lemon juice, shake to chill. If not using lemon juice, stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange or lemon wheel (dehydrated or fresh).

Home For The Holidays

1.5 oz iichiko saiten
1 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Chinese 5 spice syrup
0.75 oz Cranberry juice
Rosemary sprig and spice-dusted cranberries

Mix ingredients together in cocktail shaker, shake with ice and pour over ice in a mason jar. Garnish with rosemary, cranberry, and dry spices.

Berry Balsam

Ingredients:holiday cocktail recipe
5 oz Finlandia Raspberry Vodka
5 drops Balsamic Vinegar Syrup
5 oz. Cranberry Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
3 Basil Leaves
4 Raspberries
Mint Sprig

Muddle basil leaves and raspberries in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and hard shake. Fine strain into a chilled martini or coupette glass. Garnish with mint sprig and raspberry.

Polo Norte

Ingredients:holiday cocktail recipe
1-1/2 oz. Tequila Cazadores Blanco
3/4 oz. Agave Syrup
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
6 Blueberries, muddled
Top with Ginger Beer
Dash of Nutmeg

In a cocktail shaker gently muddle blueberries and combine all ingredients except ginger beer. Add ice and shake vigorously. Serve in a rocks glass over ice, top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon twist.

Smoke Lab Aniseed Southside

Ingredients:smoke lab holiday cocktails
1 part Smoke Lab Classic Vodka
1 part Smoke Lab Aniseed Vodka
¾ part freshly squeezed lime juice
½ part simple syrup
7 – 8 mint leaves

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!

Celebración Punch

Ingredients:holiday punch recipe
Serving Size: 4
6 Parts Milagro Silver
12 Parts Guava Nectar (Pink)
1 Part Ginger Simple Syrup
3 Parts Lime Juice
Top With Club Soda (Top Chico) Or Prosecco
Lime Wheels
Candied Ginger
White Edible Flowers (optional)

Pour all ingredients over a block of ice into a punch bowl and mix. Top with soda or Prosecco. Garnish with lime wheels, candied ginger and white edible flowers (optional).

The Jubilee Punch

Serving Size: 4holiday punch recipe
6 parts Hendrick’s Gin
2 parts Maraschino Liqueur
2 parts Lemon Juice
2 parts Elderflower Cordial
12 parts Sparkling Apple Cider
Slices of Fruit (apples, lemons, cucumbers) to garnish

Combine ingredients in punch bowl over a block of ice. Ladle punch over ice a few times, garnish and serve.

Kentucky Coffee Float

Ingredients:kentucky coffee whiskey
1.5 oz Kentucky Coffee Whiskey
2 tablespoons Ice Cream
4 oz Club Soda
6 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
Garnish: Black Walnut Bitters, Filthy Cherry [skewered], Orange Zest [grated]
Glassware: Vintage Parfait Glass or any tall glass

Grab your favorite parfait glass and fill halfway with ice. Add ingredients beginning with a shot of Kentucky Coffee Whiskey followed by ice cream. Then, gently top off with cream soda and allow to foam. Finish with a garnish of dashes of bitters, orange zest, and a cherry on a pick.

Deck the Halls

Ingredients:holiday cocktail
1.5 oz DEWAR’S 12 Scotch
1 oz MARTINI Fiero
1 oz red wine*

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin over ice, shake and strain. Pour into a highball or wine glass of crushed ice and garnish with fruit and herbs of your choice. (Use any red wine you have on hand; this is a great way to finish a bottle from the night before).


Winter Snap

Ingredients:holiday cocktail recipe knob creek
2 parts Knob Creek® Rye
1/2 part ginger beer
1/2 part honey syrup
1/2 part lemon juice
1 lemon wheel (for garnish)

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into
rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel. *Honey Syrup: Combine equal parts of warm water and honey. Mix until uniform. Chill.

3 oz. Spa Girl Cocktails Peach Vodka Cocktail
3 oz. Prosecco
Splash of cranberry juice

Pour all liquid ingredients into martini shaker and shake over ice. Serve straight up in a coupe glass. Garnish with cranberries.

Mount Gay Rum Cinaberry Old Fashioned

Ingredients: holiday cocktail
1.5 cups Mount Gay Black Barrel
.5 oz Cranberry Cinnamon Simple Syrup
⅛ tsp Orange bitter

Put all ingredients in a rocks glass. Add a clear ice cube. Stir and garnish with orange zest.

Smoke Lab Espresso Martini

Ingredients:espresso martini
2 parts Smoke Lab Classic Vodka
½ part maple syrup
1 part freshly extracted espresso coffee
1 pinch Himalayan salt
Three coffee beans

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
