Redemption Fizz
Ingredients:
1 oz. gin
1 oz. simple syrup
1 egg white
2 slices of cucumber muddled
Half of a lemon
Topped with Taffer’s Cucumber Jalapeno Sparkling Craft Cocktail
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients in a shaker, except the Sparkling Craft Cocktail. Shake for 30 seconds. Add ice. Shake for another 20 seconds. Strain over a glass. Top with Taffer’s Cucumber Jalapeno Sparkling Craft Cocktail. Cheers!

Southern Sky
Ingredients:
1 fl oz Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’
.5 fl oz Rosé Vermouth
.5 fl oz Thyme infused Chambord*
Champagne to top up
Directions:
Chill a Champagne saucer with ice and place to one side. Place the ‘Rose Sainte Marie’, vermouth and thyme-infused Chambord into a mixing jug, fill with ice, and stir with a bar spoon for 20 seconds. Remove the ice from the champagne saucer, and use a julep
strainer to strain the mixture into the glass. Top with your favourite Champagne. *To make the thyme-infused Chambord, add 3 sprigs of thyme to half a bottle of Chambord and leave in the fridge for 4 days, shaking daily. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the thyme.

Winter Mimosa
Ingredients:
1 part Absolut Elyx
1 part Lillet Rouge
3 parts Blood Orange Juice
1/2 part Maple Syrup
2 parts Champagne
Directions:
Add all ingredients to an Absolut Elyx Boutique Copper Cocktail Balloon over cubed ice and stir gently to combine. Top with more ice and garnish with red currants, bay leaf & rosemary sprig.

Winter Spritz
Ingredients
1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Campari
1 oz Soda
4 oz Prosecco
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a stemmed wine glass with ice, garnish with a grapefruit wheel and fresh rosemary sprig.

Good Sling Wenceslas
Ingredients:
3 parts Absolut Elyx Vodka
1 part Apricot Liqueur
1 part Aperol
1 part Lemon
Juice
2 tsp Cranberry Jelly
4 parts Champagne
Directions:
Add all ingredients except champagne to an Absolut Elyx Copper Shaker with cubed ice and shake. Strain into an Absolut Elyx Boutique Copper Cocktail Balloon over cubed ice, then add champagne and stir gently to combine. Top with more ice, then garnish with
candy canes.

Joan of Arc
Ingredients:
1.5oz Chamomile Infused 12 Year Old Knappogue Castle Irish Whiskey*
1L Knappogue Castle 1014 Irish whiskey
10g loose Chamomile
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz Cucumber Juice
.75 oz Rich Honey Syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
.5 oz Celtic Honey Syrup
2 oz Champagne (after shake)
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except Champagne) to a mixing tin, add ice, shake, add Champagne and stain into a flute. To make the Chamomile Whiskey*, pour the whiskey into a clean container with the Chamomile flowers and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Strain, bottle, label and store at room temperature.
