Frozen Pina Colada
Ingredients:
1.5oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
0.5oz Lime Juice
1oz Cream of Coconut
0.5oz Coconut water
0.5oz Pineapple Juice
Ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Cacao Fruit Strawberry Bramble
Ingredients:
2 medium/large strawberries
0.75 oz 100% Cacao fruit
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
1 0z simple syrup
1.5 oz Tito’s Vodka
1 cup ice
Directions:
Muddle strawberries in shaker tin. Add all other ingredients. Add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail coupe glass.

The Sweet & Spicy
Ingredients:
1 ½ fl. oz. Four Roses Small Batch
6 slices of strawberries
2 – 3 slices Jalapeno (remove seeds for less spice
½ fl. oz Lime Juice
3 fl. oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer
Spicy BBQ Rub (as garnish)
Directions:
Use lime to wet half the rim of a Collins glass, then dip rim in spicy BBQ seasoning/rub. Squeeze a quarter of the lime into the glass. Add sliced strawberries, 2-3 sliced jalapenos, and muddle. Add Four Roses Small Batch, ice, and a small pour of ginger beer, then give a quick stir. Add more ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with jalapeno slices and lime wheel (strawberry slice optional).

Colada Royale
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. FIOL Prosecco
0.75 oz. Coconut Cartel Rum
0.75 oz. Plantation Pineapple Rum • 0.75 oz. coconut syrup
0.75 oz. fresh pineapple juice
Directions:
Shake all ingredients except FIOL Prosecco vigorously with plenty of ice. Serve into a white wine glass with ice. Top with FIOL Prosecco. Garnish with shaved coconut, pineapple leaves and a dehydrated pineapple.

Beyond the Beach
Ingredients:
2 oz El Sativo Añejo
1/2 oz Coconut Syrup (liquid alchemist)
1/2 oz Fresh Pineapple
1/2 oz Drillaud Blue Curacao
3/4 oz Fresh Lime
Grated Nutmeg
Chopped Strawberries
Directions:
Add the Añejo, coconut, pineapple, Blue Curacao, fresh lime into a shaker tin. Ice, shake, and fine strain over pebble ice in a large goblet glass. Shave nutmeg on top with cut up strawberries for garnish along with a pineapple leaf.

Cherries & Cream Popsicles
Ingredients:
1 bottle Seagram’s Escapes Cherry Italian Ice
2 oz Vodka
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
Directions:
Divide Seagram’s Escapes Cherry Italian Ice evenly among 10 popsicle molds and freeze for one to two hours. Combine vodka, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla yogurt in a bowl and stir to combine. Fill popsicle molds with this mixture and insert sticks. Freeze for at least three hours or until firm.

Summer Watermelon Cooler
Ingredients:
1.5 oz BACARDÍ Superior
0.75 oz Watermelon juice
2 oz Grapefruit soda
Blueberries and lime wheel as a garnish
Directions:
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add all ingredients. Give a quick stir to combine and garnish with blueberries on a cocktail pick and a lime wheel or wedge.

Beach Day
Ingredients:
1 pump Monin® Passion Fruit Concentrated Flavor
1/2 oz Monin® Honey Mango Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
3 oz Coconut Water
2 oz White Rum
Garnishes: orange wedge, paper umbrella
Directions:
Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed. Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice. Add garnish and serve.

Raspberry Tonic
Ingredients:
1.5oz Recuerdo Joven
.5oz Sweet Vermouth
4 Raspberries
.25oz cardamom syrup (bring 16 oz of water to a low boil, add 16 oz of sugar, and 6-8 cardamom pods and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool for 1-2 hours, strain)
.25oz lime juice
Tonic water
Ground Cardamom
Peppermint
Directions:
In an old fashioned glass gently muddle the raspberries with the lime juice, cardamom syrup, and a dash of ground cardamom. Add ice, then the mezcal and the sweet vermouth. Stir lightly, and top off with tonic water. Garnish with peppermint and enjoy!

Fourth of July Fizz
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
2 1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Cran•Grape® Grape Cranberry Juice Drink
2 cups blueberry vodka
2 1/2 cups ginger ale
2 1/2 cups club soda
1 lime, juiced
Directions:
Smash blueberries into the bottom of a drink pitcher with a large spoon. Add the rest of the ingredients into the pitcher, stir and serve over ice. Tip: Freeze extra juice in advance into ice cube trays to add to the pitcher to keep it cold without diluting. For one serving: Add 2 tablespoons of blueberries to a glass and smash with a spoon or fork. Add in 2 ounces of blueberry vodka, 1/4 cup of the juice, 2 ounces of ginger ale, 2 ounces of club soda and squeeze the juice of 1 lime wedge.

The Pendleton Salute
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Pendleton Whisky
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
3 blueberries
Directions:
Stir ingredients very well with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with blueberries.

Firecracker Colada
Ingredients:
2 oz Future Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Coconut Cream
Popsicles
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and add your favorite popsicle in place of ice.

Spiked Cherry Float
Ingredients:
1 oz gin
2 small scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup Seagram’s Escapes Cherry Italian ice, chilled
maraschino cherry
Directions:
Combine Seagram’s Escapes Cherry Italian Ice and gin in a tall glass. Top with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and enjoy immediately.

Ingredients:
1 oz Ambrosia
1 oz Donna Rose
.75 oz Honey Vanilla Syrup
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Top off with 2 oz Soda Water
Garnish: Lemon wheel

Shake all ingredients. Strain into a Collins glass.

Berry American
Ingredients:
2 Strawberries
0.5 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Lime juice
2 oz Damrak Gin OR Damrak VirGin
0.5 oz egg white
Soda water
Directions:
Muddle strawberries, lime juice & sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add Damrak and egg white & shake without ice. Add ice cubes and shake again. Fine strain in a Collins glass over cubed ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with blueberries on a cocktail stick on top of the drink.

Berry Lemonade
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Russian Standard Vodka
2 oz Blueberry simple syrup
2 oz Fresh lemon juice
2 oz Water
Directions:
Juice 2-3 lemons. Create the blueberry simple syrup by adding 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and a handful of blueberries into a medium-size saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often until the mixture thickens. Let cool, then strain the mixture into a container or mason jar, being sure to press down on the blueberries to extract as much juice as possible. *The mixture will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 1 month. Fill a shaker with ice and add Russian Standard Original Vodka, fresh lemon juice, blueberry simple syrup, and water. Shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Stars & Stripes Sangria
Ingredients:
1 oz Monin® White Sangria Mix
4 oz California Sauvignon Blanc Wine
2 oz Lemonade
2 oz Berry Vodka
Garnishes: blueberries and strawberry slices
Directions:
1.Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into blender cup in order listed. Add ice from serving glass, cap, and pulse for a slush consistency. Pour back into serving vessel. Garnish with blueberries and strawberry slices and serve.

Berry Refreshing
Ingredients:
1 ½ Four Roses Small Batch
¾ fl. oz. Lemon Juice
5 Raspberries
½ fl. oz. Agave Syrup
3 fl. oz. Barritt’s Ginger Beer
1 Mint sprig
Directions:
In a glass, muddle raspberries with agave syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice, stir. Top with ginger beer and stir briefly to incorporate. Garnish with a mint sprig and raspberry.

Classic Vodka Lemonade
Ingredients:
1.5oz Humboldt Organic Vodka
Lemonade to taste
Directions:
Mix vodka and lemonade in a glass filled with ice. Enjoy!

Island Thyme
Ingredients:
2 Parts Flor de Caña 12
4 Blackberries (muddled)
½ Part Orgeat
3 ½ Parts Ginger beer (preferably something dry and spicy like Fentiman’s or Fever Tree)
1 Part Lime juice
3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
Glass: Highball
Directions:
Shake & Strain, pour into iced highball. Garnish with blackberry and thyme.
