Ingredients:
2 oz Slane Irish Whiskey
Sliced Cochin ginger
3 dashes Rosemary Bitters
4 oz Fever-Tree Smoky Ginger Ale
Directions:
Build in a Collins glass with an ice spear. Combine whiskey, ginger, rosemary and top with Smoky Ginger Ale. Garnish with smoked applewood chip and sliced ginger.
