2 oz Ilegal Mezcal
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz Fresno chili infused maple syrup – (to make, muddle 1 oz maple syrup with a slice of fresno chile, or serrano, based on desired spice level)
Combine all ingredients into shaker with cold draft ice and double strain into a frozen glass halfway rimmed with tortilla salt.
