Ingredients
· 1.5 oz Cinnamon-infused Roca Patrón Reposado
· .5 oz Patrón Citrónge Pineapple
· 2 oz Coconut Water
· .75 oz Lime Juice
· .75 oz Curry Cordial*
· Dash of Angostura Bitters
*Curry Cordial:
Ingredients
· 6 qts sugar
· 4 gts water
· 8 tbsp curry powder
Instructions
Heat 4 qts of water and bring to a simmer, add the sugar and let dissolve and add the curry powder to incorporate. Turn off heat and let cool. Refrigerated mixture will keep for about 30 days.
Directions:
Build ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a raw coconut over crushed ice. Grate cinnamon over the ice and garnish with pineapple leaves, lime wheels and a decorative seahorse.
