The unofficial start of summer is upon us, and that calls for a drink! Below, we’ve compiled a collection of cocktail recipes aimed at helping you usher in the season of sun, surf, and sand.
2 parts Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice
¾ Lime Juice
½ part Sugar Syrup
½ part Italicus
3 parts Sparkling Water
Combine all ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Lightly stir and garnish with Cucumber Spear.

Red, Blanco, and Berry
.5 oz. Smirnoff Red, White & Berry Spirit
.5 oz. Blanco Tequila
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Agave Syrup
5 oz Club Soda
Cherry and Tajin Rim for Garnish
Square Ice Cubes
Pour tajin on a flat plate. Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice, and tap it onto the tajin.
Add ice, lime juice, agave syrup, and blanco tequila and Smirnoff Red, White & Berry into a shaker. Shake. Pour mix into a glass filled with ice. Top off with club soda and garnish with a cherry.
1 ½ parts / 45 ml BACARDI® Superior Rum
1 part / 30 ml ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur
3 parts / 90 ml Mango-Passion Fruit Nectar
2 parts / 60 ml Coconut Milk or Cream
1 part / 30 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ parts / 15 ml Lime Juice
Little pinch of sea salt or kosher salt
Pour everything into a blender, add a cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a fun glass.

Paint Your Escape
¾ parts / 20mL ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur
¾ parts / 20mL Bombay Sapphire® Dry Gin
1 part / 30mL Pineapple Juice
4 parts / 15mL Lime Juice
3 scoops of coconut sorbet or gelato
Combine ingredients. Top with sparkling wine. Add a lime wheel and lime zest for garnish.

0.5 oz. Honey Syrup
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice

Popsicle of Choice
Muddle raspberries and honey in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, lemon juice and Smirnoff Red, White & Berry. Shake well and pour mix into a glass filled with ice. Top off with Smirnoff Seltzer Red, White & Berry. Add Popsicle to glass.
Grilled Grapefruit Paloma
2 parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
1 part fresh lime juice
¾ part ginger sage syrup
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
Top with grapefruit beer (appx. 1 part)
Preparation: Combine equal parts sugar and water with 1 ginger slice and 4 sage sprigs and bring to a boil to create ginger sage syrup. Allow the mixture to cool, combine all ingredients except grapefruit beer in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice and top with grapefruit beer. Garnish with a grilled grapefruit slice.
Blueberry Mint Smash
1 ½ parts Hornitos® Black Barrel® Tequila
½ part fresh lime juice
½ part simple syrup
Lightly muddle 6-8 blueberries and 3-5 mint leaves in a shaker. Add remainder of ingredients into the shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a julep cup over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and blueberries.
Fistful of Margarita
1½ parts Fistful of Bourbon
¾ parts Lime juice
½ parts Honey
½ parts Elderflower liqueur
¼ parts Jalapeno tincture
Combine ingredients and shake well. Strain over crushed ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with jalapeño and lime wheel.
