El Conejo Bueno Recipe

Ron Barceló's El Conejo Bueno cocktail recipeIngredients:
2 oz Ron Barceló Gran Añejo
1 oz fresh carrot juice
.5 oz chickpea (garbanzo) water
.75 oz sugar
Dropper full of salt water

Add all ingredients in shaker over rocks. Shake vigorously and strain in glass. Garnish with a slice of carrot.
