Easter Cocktails from Blue Ice Vodka

Blue Ice Vodka’s “The Skinny Carrot”

1.5 oz Blue Ice Vodka
3 oz carrot juice
1 oz apple juice
2 thin slices of fresh ginger
Lime garnish

Muddle the ginger slices in the bottom of a shaker glass. Add Blue Ice Vodka, carrot juice, apple juice and ice. Shake well and strain over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Blue Ice Vodka’s “Caramel Cadbury Egg Martini”

1.5 oz Blue Ice Vodka
1.5 oz Baileys Crème Caramel
0.5 oz crème de cacao
1 oz caramel syrup
1 oz cream
0.5 tablespoon Hershey’s chocolate syrup, plus extra for rim

Drizzle the chocolate syrup around the inside rim of a martini glass. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until the chocolate syrup is completely incorporated. Strain into the glass.

Blue Ice Vodka’s “Blue Grapefruit Cosmo”

2 oz Blue Ice Vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
1 tablespoon Grenadine
0.5 oz grapefruit juice
0.5 oz simple syrup

Combine Blue Ice Vodka, Blue Curacao, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Stir to combine and to prevent cloudiness. Strain into chilled martini glass. Add tablespoon of grenadine.

Blue Ice Vodka’s “Clementine Delight”

2 ounces vodka
2 ounces clementine juice (fresh-squeezed)
1 ounce simple syrup
Fresh clementines for garnish
Directions: Combine vodka, clementine juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice and shake. Rim a coup cocktail glass with sugar. Strain and garnish with skewered clementine wedges.

Blue Ice Vodka’s “Blackberry Lemon Cooler”

2 oz Blue Ice Vodka
4 oz Fresh-squeezed lemonade
Soda water
Lemon wedges

Directions: In a shaker, muddle 3-4 blackberries. Add Blue Ice Vodka, lemonade and ice. Shake and pour into Mason jar or tall cocktail glass. Top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon wedge.
