National Mimosa Day Recipes

National Mimosa Day is Monday, May 16th. This classic, simple cocktail of fruit juice and champagne is a brunch staple and a summer favorite. We’ve rounded up some mimosa recipes and bubbly recipes below to help you celebrate the holiday!

Gancia Bellini

Ingredients:peach bellini
3 oz Gancia Prosecco DOC
1.5 oz Peach Purée
Garnish: Peach slice

Directions:
Peel two peaches then slice in half to remove the pits. Place the halved peaches in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour the peach purée into a chilled champagne flute. Top with Gancia Prosecco DOC, and stir gently. Garnish with the peach slice and enjoy!

Elderflower Champagne

Ingredients:champagne mimosa recipe

6 oz. champagne
1/2 oz. Monin Elderflower Syrup
Directions:

Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Stir gently to mix. Add garnish and serve in a champagne flute. Garnish with a mint sprig.

The Gancia Flirtini

Ingredients:flirtini
2.5 oz Gancia Prosecco DOC
0.5 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1 Pineapple Slice (to garnish)
Mint Sprig (to garnish)

Directions:
Add the vodka, orange liqueur, and pineapple juice into an ice-filled mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with Gancia Prosecco DOC. Garnish with the pineapple wedge and mint sprig.

Mimosa Royale

Ingredients:mimosa recipe
1/4 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Cherry liquor
1/2 oz. Rosemary infused white wine
3/4 or 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed
Mexican sparkling wine

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in shaker and dry shake. Fill wine glass half full with Mexican sparkling wine. Pour contents from shaker into wine glass and balance with sparkling wine. Garnish with orange peel.

Passionate Mimosa

Ingredients:mimosa recipe
1 oz. Monin Passion Fruit Purée
1 oz. fresh orange juice
5 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
Glass: Champagne/Flute
Garnish: mint
Glass Size: 16 oz.

Directions:
Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Stir gently to mix. Add garnish and serve.
