Ingredients:
3-4 pieces of cucumber
3/4oz lime juice
1/2oz simple syrup
1oz Dolin Blanc vermouth
1 1/2 Egan’s Irish Whiskey
Directions:
Muddle cucumber then shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass, top with soda water.
