Ingredients:
1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz plum maceration
1 dash Tiki bitters
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
