Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Van Goch Açaí-Blueberry
1 1/2 oz. good quality limeade
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
Splash of soda water
2 drops butterfly pea flower
Directions:
Shake first three ingredients very well with ice and strain over ice into a rocks or highball glass. Top w/ the soda water and stir briefly. Garnish with a lime wheel and edible violets.
