Basil & Grapefruit

Ingredients:
2 oz. Van Gogh Vodka
3 large basil leaves
1/2 ripe grapefruit
Splash of simple syrup

Directions:
Muddle two basil leaves in a mixing glass with simple syrup. Add vodka to a glass with ice and squeeze in grapefruit juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Slap remaining basil leaf and use as a garnish.
