Thanksgiving is still a few weeks away, but its never too early to give thanks, so your bar should start preparing a Thanksgiving cocktail menu worthy of gratitude. We’ve rounded up some Thanksgiving cocktail recipes below to get you started.
Give Thanks Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon
¼ oz Monin® Caramel Apple Butter Syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 ea orange peel
Garnishes: cinnamon dusted apple slice, orange zest
Directions:
Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Add garnish and serve.

Whiskey Highball
Ingredients:
2 oz Egan’s Fortitude
Soda water
Lemon wedge
Ice
Directions:
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add 2 oz Egan’s Fortitude. Top with soda water. Give
it a quick stir. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of thyme.

Spiced Egg Nog
Ingredients:
2 parts Pennsylvania Dutch Egg Nog
1 part Spiced Rum
1 part Coffee Liqueur
Directions:
Serve over ice with whipped cream and nutmeg.

Low-Calorie Thanksgiving Spritz
Ingredients:
1 oz Monin® Zero Calorie Natural Pumpkin Spice
2 oz Cranberry Juice
½ oz Orange juice
4 oz Top with Prosecco white wine
Garnishes: Orange slice, cranberries, leaf, twine
Directions:
Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix. Add garnish and serve.

Passoã Splash
Ingredients:
⅓ Passoã
⅓ Sparkling Water
⅓ Cranberry Juice parts
Fresh berries, and your favorite fruits
Directions:
Mix over ice in a pitcher. Don’t have a pitcher? No problem. Use whatever you have at hand, as long as it’s big.

Clean V Hot Spice Apple Recipe (non-alcoholic)
Ingredients:
2oz Clean V
4oz Pressed Apple Juice
1 Teaspoon Honey
1 Dash Vanilla Extract (or 1” Spilt Vanilla Pod)
Garnish: Orange Wheel & Lemon Wheel
Directions:
Add apple juice, honey, and vanilla to a saucepan, stir together and warm, but don’t boil – do not heat the Clean V in the pan. Add Clean V to a heavy stemmed goblet then pour in the warm apple mix. Add slices of fresh citrus to finish. This recipe can also be served chilled.

Apple Cider Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Dulce Vida Blanco Tequila
1oz Fresh lime juice
.5 Naranja Orange Liqueur
3oz Apple Cider
Directions:
Shake on ice and serve in a martini glass. Cinnamon rim and apple slice garnish.

Mulled Wine Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bt Cabernet
1 ½ Cup Port
1 ½ Cup Whiskey
1 ½ Cup Water
1 Orange zest and juice
1 Lemon zest
1 Grapefruit zest
4 Sticks cinnamon
3 Star anise
6 Cloves
20 Peppercorns
3 apples diced
Directions:
Mix and heat all ingredients for 20-30 minutes, strain, and serve warm.

Chamomile Highball
Ingredients:
50ml Pure Scot Virgin Oak Blended Scotch Whisky
20ml Chamomile syrup
10ml Verjus
Soda to top
Directions:
Serve long over ice.

Vodka Gimlet
Ingredients:
2 oz Bare Bone Vodka
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake hard. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.

1:1 Gin Martini
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin
1.5 oz dry vermouth
Directions:
Combine both ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice. Stir to achieve proper chill and dilution. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora or coupe. Garnish with an olive stuffed with an almond and a sprig of rosemary.

Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
2 oz Rampur Double Cask
Thick slice of Orange peel sans pith
About a demitasse spoon of demerara sugar
5 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions:
Place the sugar, bitters, and orange peel in the bottom of a large rocks glass. Muddle
to express the oils and combine the flavors. Add 2 oz Rampur Double Cask Indian Single Malt. Stir. Add good ice. Stir again to chill and begin dilution.
