Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. gin
1 1/2 oz. fresh orange juice
1/2 oz. thyme simple syrup
3 oz. Mezza di Mezzacorona
Orange wheel & thyme sprigs for garnish
Directions:
In a shaker over ice, combine 1 1/2 oz. of gin, 1 1/2 oz. of fresh orange juice and 1/2 oz. of thyme simple syrup. Shake and pour into a rocks glass, top with 3 oz. of Mezza di Mezzacorona. Garnish with an orange wheel and thyme sprig.
