Belated National Vodka Day Recipes

mule3

In special celebration of National Vodka Day this pasrt weekend (Sun., Oct. 4), Ketel One Vodka would like to share the following twists on the ever-popular Mule. (And because the liquid is delicious on its own, we’re also including a fan favorite recipe – the Ketel One Vodka Ultimate Martini.

Ketel One Vodka is made using the perfect marriage of old-world craft and modern distilling techniques. The Nolet family has developed great expertise in the art of traditional copper pot still distillation which is used in the production of Ketel One Vodka. The process begins with the careful selection of the finest European winter wheat, which brings smoothness and purity to crafting spirits. To this day, coal is still shoveled by hand under copper Pot Still Number 1, giving Ketel One Vodka not only its name, but its rich and full-bodied feel. Column distillation provides the liquid its crisp, clean taste. Ketel One Vodka is tasted and approved by a member of the Nolet family before bottling to ensure the integrity of the spirit.
