Northwest Glass Designs Introduces Bella Cold Brew Coffee Maker for Vodka and Bourbon Infused Coffee Drinks
These Cold Brewers are unlike traditional iced coffee brewers, in which the coffee is poured straight over ice which releases bitter acids into the beans. The elaborate hourglass reduces acidity by nearly 70 percent and produces an uncommonly smooth drink. The processed coffee can be refrigerated for up to two weeks for hot and cold coffee drinks. This coffee maker would make a lovely addition to your restaurant bar. Ice and water, bourbon, or vodka, are placed in the top jar. By regulating the dripping water through the valve in the center, coffee is steeped and ends up in the carafe at the bottom of the tower.
Infused coffee with alcohol can be used as a base for more elaborate drinks or served as shots. The flavors of the alcohol and coffee are rich; there are endless ways to make superb cocktails.
