Tasting Notes: On the nose, the wine displays delicate oaky aromas, walnuts, figs, demerara sugar and hints of caramel intertwined with spicy, cigar box notes. The palate is silky smooth, with mocha and honeyed notes on the entry. Crisp acidity carries the wine to its long and richly textured finish.

Food Pairings: Figs, almonds, pecorino, apple pie, Comté, Cornish game hens, pecan pie or crème brûlée.
