Ingredients:
2 parts Reyka Vodka
1 part ginger beer
2 parts apple cider
¼ part simple syrup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, except ginger beer. Shake, and double strain into a mule cup. Add ginger beer and garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slice.
