Ingredients:
Red recipe:
0.5 oz. Don Ciccio Ambrosia
0.25 oz. Campari
0.5 oz. Tanqueray gin
0.125 oz lemon juice
2 dashes of orange bitters
Blue recipe:
0.75 oz. Crème de Violette
0.5 oz. Tanqueray gin
0.5 oz. sparkling wine
0.125 oz. lemon juice
2 dashes of lavender bitters
Directions:
Shake each drink; strain and top off with 1 oz. sparkling wine. Garnish both glasses with lemon peel.
