Ingredients:
1.5 oz blended scotch
.5 oz peated scotch
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz spicy ginger syrup
.25 oz simple syrup
candied ginger for garnish
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with candied ginger.
