Villa One Blood Orange Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz Villa One Silver
1.5 oz blood orange juice
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz date syrup 1:1 ratio
0.5 oz liquor 43
2 dashes orange bitters
1 dash angostura
Directions:
Shake and serve over ice. Garnish with a blood orange slice.

Ghostini
Ingredients:
1 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz white chocolate liquor
½ oz Frangelico
Whip cream
Directions:
Mix all together, pour and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Martini
Ingredients:
1 ounce crème de cacao
1 ounce half and half
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 ounce Absolut vanilla vodka
Sugar to rim glass
Dollop whip cream
Graham crackers
Directions:
Combine crème de cacao, half and half, and pumpkin spice. Mix with chilled vodka. Pour into sugar-rimmed martini glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with graham cracker pieces.

KORBEL Screamsicle Mimosa
Ingredients:
KORBEL California Brut
2 ounces no-pulp orange juice
Spoonful of vanilla ice cream
Shaved dark chocolate candy bar, optional
Directions:
Pour 2 ounces of orange juice into your champagne flute. Stir in a spoonful of vanilla ice cream. Top with KORBEL. If desired, sprinkle on chocolate shavings.

The Goblin
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz BACARDÍ Superior
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Midori
½ oz Reàl-Coco
½ oz Pineapple Juice
Pineapple wedge as garnish
Directions:
Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge.

Spider Smash
Ingredients:
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. Monin® Spiced Pumpkin Purée
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash cinnamon
3 dashes Angostura® Bitters
Directions:

Ingredients:

1 oz Cold Brew
¾ oz Monin Vanilla Syrup

Goblins Skull
Ingredients:
2 oz. gin
¾ oz. Monin® Honey Organic Sweetener
2 oz. apple juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Ingredients:
Fill serving glass full of ice. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed. Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice. Add garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
1 American Single Malt
1 Nardini Amaro
.25 Vedrenne Cassis
.25 Giffard Orgeat
Dashes of Angostura, Cardamom, and Lavender bitters

Bleu Bohème’s Coeur Méchant
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Flor de Caña dark rum, infused in-house with cinnamon and orange peel.
.5 oz Graham’s 10 year tawny port
.5 oz Cinzano sweet vermouth Splash of lavender bitters
Shake over ice and pour in a martini glass. Garnish with orange peel and dried rosemary “en feu.”

Haunted Apple DEW
Ingredients:
2 parts Tullamore DEW Original
0.5 part Lemon Juice
Juice of 1 fresh-pressed green apple (or 6 parts cloudy apple juice)
Garnish: Apple slice & strawberry preserves
Directions:
Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. For garnish, slice an apple and carve a scary face. Use strawberry preserves for the ‘blood’ effect.

Nightmare on South Beach
Ingredients:
2 parts monkey Shoulder
1 part cream of coconut
2 parts coconut water
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 part lime juice
12 ml “blood”*
1 cup ice
*Blood:
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen cranberries
1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
Pinch of salt
Squeeze of fresh lemon
For the “blood,” blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender. Pour into glass. Swirl a little “blood” on top. Fill 10ml syringe with “blood,” insert into drink and empty syringe when ready to drink. Garnish with murder weapon and fear. For the cocktail, in a large saucepan, combine the cranberries, strawberries, sugar, water and salt and bring to a boil. Simmer over moderately low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is deep red, 10-15 minutes. Strain the syrup through a fine sieve set over a heatproof bowl, without pressing. Stir in the lemon juice. Let the syrup cool completely, refrigerate until chilled, Shake before serving.
