Ingredients:
1 ¼ oz. Bulleit bourbon
¾ oz. St. Germain
½ oz. fresh lemon
ginger beer
8 dashes of bitters on top
Directions:
Shake all ingredients except bitters. Pour in a high-ball glass over ice. Top with float of bitters and garnish with an edible “eyeball” made with a blueberry-stuffed lychee.
