Boozy Bat

boozy batIngredients:
1 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Dark Chocolate Liqueur
½ oz. Brandy or Cognac
¾ oz. Honey syrup

Directions:
Chill/stir pour into goblet. Top with Guinness – “The head” is a loose whipped coconut hazelnut cream. Fill 1/3 of large shaker with canned whipped cream, splash coconut rum, splash Frangelico, give a couple shakes to loosen it, gently pour over top, fresh grate cinnamon stick, use bat stencil for cocoa powder and tip of knife to point wings.
