Wines of Chile USA Sponsors Miami Spice

Wines of Chile USA turned up the heat last Thursday in kicking off The Miami New Times Iron Fork Miami Spice event at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, Florida.  In addition to entertaining 1000 VIPs and 3000 consumers with a wide range of Chilean wine, the campaign produced a trade seminar and hotel staff training. The kickoff launched the restaurant promotion of 160 restaurants that are offering promotional pricing through September 30, presenting numerous opportunities for restaurant goers to sample the cuisine of Miami’s top chefs and Chilean wine.

“Miami Spice is a mouth-watering restaurant promotion showcasing the very best of Miami cuisine,” said Marybeth Bentwood, Executive Director of Wines of Chile USA “This is our second year of participation, and Wines of Chile USA proudly sponsors the event.”

Participating brands at the kickoff event included Santa Carolina, Los Vascos, Miguel Torres Chile, Maquis, Calcu, Concha y Toro, Santa Rita, San Pedro and Potro de Piedra.

From August 1 – September 30, Miami Spice participating-restaurants offer three-course meals featuring signature dishes created by world-renowned chefs at reduced prices: Lunch $23 and Dinner $39. Chilean Wines are featured at many of the participating restaurants, lending an authentic Latin complement to the innovative foods on offer.
