“These honors reinforce the quality of these two single malts,” says Jorge Gutierrez, Whyte & Mackay’s Vice President of the Americas. “They are an incredible achievement for both brands and speak to the quality. The Dalmore and Isle of Jura consistently deliver in every pour. “Over the last few years, the expert panelists at The Beverage Testing Institute have been highly impressed by the superb quality and range of flavors The Dalmore and Jura brands have displayed in our annual Scotch whisky reviews. And not only the exceptionally high marks, but also the respective flagship 12 and 10-year-old whiskies that really stand out from the crowd in terms of complexity, balance, and drinkability. Clearly, The Dalmore and Jura are at the top of their game, and based on their consistently high scoring performances, are both strong contenders for our Distillery of the Year awards this year,” says Gerald O’Kennard, BTI Director.
