Tales of the Cocktail Foundation Joins Hospitality Recovery Coalition

The Tales of the Cocktail Foundation today joined the Hospitality Recovery Coalition, bolstering the group’s influence and reach as it advocates for legislation to support on-premise partners, such as restaurants, bars and distilleries, reeling from the severe economic impacts of COVID-19.

Hospitality Recovery Coalition
The Hospitality Recovery Coalition is an initiative led by the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS) in partnership with the American Distilled Spirits Alliance (ADSA), the Council of State Restaurant Associations (CSRA), the National Restaurant Association, Tales of the Cocktail Foundation and TIPS.

“The addition of Tales of the Cocktail Foundation to our coalition will strengthen our voice as we call for additional support for restaurants, bars and distilleries facing challenges created by the pandemic,” said Distilled Spirits Council President & CEO Chris Swonger on behalf of the coalition. “We are grateful for their willingness to join us in our efforts to fight for policies that support hospitality businesses across the nation.”

“We’re honored to have the opportunity to partner with DISCUS and supporting members of the Hospitality Recovery Coalition,” said President of Tales of the Cocktail Foundation Caroline Rosen. “This work is so essential for the industry right now, and we look forward to amplifying and contributing to these initiatives.”

The Hospitality Recovery Coalition is committed to responsibility and encourages moderation for adults who choose to drink alcohol. Cocktails to-go are intended for home consumption. Laws governing alcohol consumption must always be observed.
