Sleep In Style with Veuve Clicquot

Veuve Clicquot’s “Once Upon a Dream” exhibit at DesignMiami showcased their newest creation: an innovative sleep capsule that is not only striking in design, but for every twenty minutes spent sleeping in it, one hour of jet lag is erased. After an hour spent inside the capsule, the side effects of three hours of jet lag disappear.

The folks at Veuve Clicquot designed the sleep capsule in anticipation of the re-opening of the Hotel du Marc in Reims, France. The hotel is the private mansion where Veuve Clicquot houses as many as 3,000 guests who travel from around the world to visit the champagne headquarters.

The sleeping capsule is designed for people to have as short as a twenty-minute nap to a full nights sleep. “You basically have the best sleep you have ever had,” said Stephane Gerschel, head of global communications for Veuve Clicquot.
