The first ever New York City Cocktail Week will begin on June 15 and end June 29, with some of the finest establishments in the city participating by providing guests special cocktail menus just for the occasion. Fort Defiance in Red Hook, Brooklyn, will offer guests a menu of cocktails and appetizers to enjoy and indulge in the city’s growing cocktail culture. Guests will have their choice to purchase two drinks and one dish for $20.11 with proceeds benefitting City Harvest and The Museum of the American Cocktail.
