Napa Winery Introduces Ca’ Momi Vodka

Ca’ Momi, a family-owned and operated winery in Napa, Calif., has announced the launch of its spirits portfolio with the release of Ca’ Momi Vodka. Ca’ Momi’s heartcrafted vodka is a small-batch spirit made from premium wine grapes, triple distilled and minimally filtered to preserve the natural aromatics and richness of these noble varietals.

“We start with high-quality Napa Valley wine grapes we grow and source ourselves and distill them in our traditional small-batch still,” says Stefano Migotto, Ca’ Momi co-founder, winemaker and master distiller. “We are able to control the whole process; with quality and heart from field to glass.”

Many vodkas use heavy filtration to eliminate impurities from inferior base ingredients. Starting with premium wine grapes from Napa Valley, Ca’ Momi vodka is minimally filtered only once to let the unique vinous qualities shine through. The result is a vodka that salutes the new Napa Valley, distilled to its essence, with a bright nose that develops into a rich caramel on the palate, with hints of cinnamon and clove, a smooth mouthfeel and exceptionally long finish.

Ca’ Momi Vodka ($50 per 750 ml. bottle) is available for distribution. For more information about Ca’ Momi Vodka, go to www.camomi.com.
