According to PRNewswire, Ketel One has once again partnered with Miami Magazine to support Miami’s philanthropic Hispanic community with the “Modern Hispanic Gentlemen” program. Four influential Hispanic males who embody the style and substance of a Ketel One modern gentleman have been identified, and Ketel One Vodka will be making a donation to four local charities selected by each of the finalists.

This year’s finalists are prominent figures in the Miami area and are active in their respective charities:

• Andres Asion, Vice President of Sales at Fortune International, and his charity, Amigos for Kids

• Diego Ojeda, internationally acclaimed filmmaker, and his charity Twelve Smiles

• Jordi Vilasuso, actor on All My Children, and his charity, Liga Contra el Cancer

• Tony Jimenez, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Raices de Esperanza

“Ketel One is truly taking the Modern Hispanic Gentlemen program to the next level this year,” said Anne Owen, Publisher of Miami Magazine. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to partner on such an amazing initiative that aims to give back to the local Hispanic community.”

Brijette De Berardinis, head mixologist at Meat Market Miami, has created a custom cocktail in honor of each of the finalists. Each gentleman has paired with a local restaurant and his cocktail will be featured on the menu until mid-February. Supporters of the gentlemen are encouraged to celebrate the honorees responsibly by trying the cocktails and visiting the website http://media.modernluxury.com/ketelone/MIAMI to vote for their favorite. The gentleman with the most votes will win $5,000 to go to their charity courtesy of the makers of Ketel One Vodka, an all other charities will receive a $2,000 donation.

The program culminates with an exclusive wrap party at The Wall Lounge on February 8, 2012, where the winner and his respective charity will be announced.
