According to Drink Business Review, Encore Brands, a Nevada-based company that creates and acquires beverage brands, has landed a new deal with Worldwide Beverage Imports (WBI), an importer of premium tequila brands in California, to provide broker, sales and marketing services for certain imported tequilas.
The premium tequila brands include Ed Hardy and Agave 99, among others. Encore will support WBI in its initiatives to build brands in the United States and abroad by using its network of sales associates and industry relationships. Initially, WBI’s premium brands will be marketed in states where they do not currently have a presence.
Encore CEO Gareth West said the company looks forward to working with everyone at WBI to help add to their already outstanding business and bring the unique premium tequilas they currently import to more thirsty consumers.
