Aperitif Offers Wines By the Glass Featuring Enomatic
Aperitif Restaurant & Bar in Woodbury, Minnesota, the new hotspot in the St. Paul suburbs features a 40-bottle Enomatic system housing 20 different wines by the glass.
Definitely the focal point of the bar and one the largest Enomatic system heard of in a restaurant, features by the glass options including Charles Smith’s “The Velvet Devil” Merlot from Washington state and Pushback Wines Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley and for good reason as Minnesotans have proved to be quite the wine connoisseurs as wine sales have been tremendous at the new Mediterranean dining spot.
With three sparkling wines on the By the Glass list and 194 labels on the complete wine list, it’s no wonder guests continue to come back for more. Open for just under three months; keep an eye out on Aperitif as the 230-seat restaurant gets set to open its 130-seat patio this spring, perfect for pulling the cork on a bottle or running the gamut on the 23 wines by the glass.
