Lucas Bols, one of the world’s leading liqueur and spirit producers has introduced the world’s first ever alcoholic foam in the United States.

The patented formula is contained in 200 ml bottles of three Bols liqueur flavor varieties: Blue Curaçao, Crème de Cassis and Amaretto. The uniquely designed pump affixes to the top of the bottle and, with quick little pumps, creates up to 2 liters of the fizzy delicious foam.

The suggested retail price is $17.99 per bottle. The product is now available in both the on- and off-trade channels across the U.S.

The foams can be as easily applied in-home as in-bar with cocktails, coffees, shots and desserts – the opportunities are endless. Disney Amusement Parks and Resorts have received enormous interest in their Bols Foam cocktail on their pool bars menu called The Citrus Blast (Finlandia Tangerine Vodka and Bols Amaretto Liqueur blended with Orange Purée and Non fat Yogurt topped with Bols Blue Foam). Bartenders from across the country have opened their mixology minds and creative vision to Bols Foam, as Sam Treadway from Boston’s Backbar: “Bols Foam is a really fun novelty item.
