PRICHARDS’ DISTILLERY INTRODUCES TENNESSEE WHISKEY AND LINCOLN COUNTY LIGHTNING

Prichards’ Distillery is proud to present two new whiskey offerings: Benjamin Prichard’s Tennessee Whiskey and Benjamin Prichard’s Lincoln County Lightning. While Tennessee Whiskey is barrel-aged in charred, white oak barrels, Lincoln County Lightning is an un-aged white whiskey straight out of the still. Both have the amazing flavor and quality that one has come to expect from a Prichards’ Distillery product.

Way back in 1822, Benjamin Prichard made his Tennessee Whiskey using ancient pot still techniques and pure Tennessee spring water. He used a high sugar content white corn that provided boldness and flavor. We have worked hard to recreate Benjamin’s Tennessee Whiskey. Our efforts were awarded with a Silver Medal at the American Distilling Institute’s Craft Whiskey & Moonshine Judging held May 3, 2010 in Louisville, KY. We invite you to try our award winning Tennessee Whiskey.

“Benjamin Prichards’ Lincoln County Lightning is a white whiskey with a mild kick. Bold yet surprisingly mellow, our un-aged whiskey is distilled in our copper pot stills using the same pure Tennessee spring water and white corn as found in our Tennessee Whiskey. Using high quality ingredients insures a high quality result. This is very evident in Lincoln County Lightning. It will surely take its place as an intriguing new flavor to be enjoyed straight or in a cocktail such as our own patented Mount’n Rita.
